  • Plain, unmarked packaging

    No product names, logos or health-related text on the outside of the parcel.

  • Discreet sender name

    The shipping label shows SM Health Services as the sender.

  • Prescription items ship after review

    Kits containing prescription medicines are dispatched only after your doctor has approved them.
